1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the Word Forgg mobile application ("the App") handles information. By downloading or using the App you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information Collected
No personal information is collected. Specifically:
- No name, email address, phone number, or identifier of any kind is collected.
- No account or login is required to use the App.
- No location data is accessed.
- No camera, microphone, or contacts are used.
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are included in the App.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
The App uses Android's SharedPreferences to store the following
data locally on your device only:
- Level completion status and star ratings.
- The highest level you have unlocked.
- Sound and music on/off preferences.
This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
4. Network Access
Word Forgg does not require an internet connection to play. The App may
request the INTERNET permission solely so the
google_fonts library can cache display fonts on first launch
when a connection is available. No personal data is transmitted during this
process. All gameplay is fully offline.
5. Third-Party Libraries
The App uses the following open-source Flutter packages. None collect personal data:
- provider – local state management only.
- shared_preferences – on-device storage only.
- google_fonts – fetches font files from Google's CDN on first launch only; see Google's Privacy Policy for that request. No user data is sent.
- audioplayers – plays bundled audio files; no network activity.
No advertising, analytics, social login, or tracking SDKs are used.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is appropriate for all ages. No personal information is collected from any user, including children under 13.
7. Your Rights
Since no personal data is collected or stored outside your device, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete remotely. To remove all locally stored data, uninstall the App.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. Changes are indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
