Privacy Policy
Fluvio ("the App", "we", "our", "us") is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by Msade Officials Limited. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to it.
By downloading or playing Fluvio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android's SharedPreferences (a standard on-device key-value store):
| Data item | Purpose | Where stored |
|---|---|---|
| Level star ratings (0–3 per level) | Remember your best score per level | Device only |
| App version key | Detect when level data has changed and reset stale progress | Device only |
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, and we have no access to it.
Fluvio does not collect, and has no access to:
The only Android permission the App requests is access to local storage (SharedPreferences) for saving your game progress. No network permission is declared in the App manifest.
Fluvio does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or social login services. There are no third parties with whom your data is shared, because no data is collected in the first place.
The App is distributed via the Google Play Store. Google's own privacy practices apply to the download and installation process and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, which is independent of this document.
Fluvio is rated Everyone (3+) and is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information whatsoever, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
Parents and guardians can allow children to use the App with confidence that no personal data is gathered or transmitted.
Because the only data stored is simple gameplay progress (star ratings) held locally on your device, there is no data transmission to secure. Your device's built-in security (lock screen, encryption) protects any locally stored application data.
If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is automatically deleted by Android. You can also clear App data manually at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → Fluvio → Clear Data.
Since Fluvio does not collect personal data, most data-rights requests (access, deletion, portability, objection) do not apply in practice. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using the details in Section 10 and we will respond within 30 days.
To delete all game data, simply clear the App's storage via your device settings or uninstall the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the URL where this document is hosted, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. For material changes, we will notify you via an App update notice on the Play Store.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
